The package we offer is aimed at all those who want to discover agri-food and wine production and processing, tasting the excellent products of Tuscia. The program consists of 4 days in which we will visit some local companies, discovering how wine, oil are made and we will immerse ourselves in the ancient profession of the farmer.

The 4-day program of food and wine experiences

First day

Departing from Sutri we will reach Vetralla, where the visit to the City and Territory Museum awaits us, followed by a guided tour with tasting at a prestigious production and processing company of extra virgin olive oil (award-winning internationally and winner) of the title of best olive oil in the world). The volcanic soils are rich in minerals and particularly suitable for the cultivation of the olive tree, they are located in the heart of the territory that belonged to the ancient Etruscan people, Tuscia, in the immediate vicinity of Vetralla, which has always been a town strongly linked to culture and traditions of the olive and olive oil and in a central position in the area of ​​Protected Designation of Origin Tuscia - PDO TUSCIA.

Second day

Always starting from Sutri we will reach the MUVIS "Museum of Wine and Agri-Food Sciences" of Castiglione in Teverina, the largest museum of its kind in Europe with 2000 m² of exhibition spaces, located in the heart of the village which is part of the National Association "City of Wine". An interesting exhibition itinerary dedicated to the local wine culture and an enthralling setting will lead you to the discovery of the aspects concerning the production and the wine tradition of the territory, and beyond. Followed by a guided tour of the historic cellars with tasting and snacks from one of the few companies in Italy that also produces sparkling wine (Italian champagne). The estate extends over 130 hectares in a territory rich in natural resources, whose wine vocation was known since 1292, when on the registers of the land registry of Orvieto this was defined among the most elected areas for the production of the homonymous wine. At the end, return to the hotel and overnight.

Third day

In the morning we will take a guided tour with tasting at an educational farm in Sutri, where you can breathe serenity and peace in an enchanting place surrounded by nature and you can personally experience the art of the old farmer's profession. At 18:00, learn the secrets of traditional gastronomy with mom Elena's cooking class and then have dinner while enjoying her delicacies at Antica Osteria Il Mitreo, located a few meters from the B&B. Afterwards, return to the hotel and overnight.

Fourth and final day

For those who want, a visit to the Archaeological Park of Sutri, located in front of the B&B, and the Museum of Palazzo Doebbing in the historic center of Sutri, home to art exhibitions curated directly by the mayor of Sutri Prof. Vittorio Sgarbi and which include periodically some of the greatest contemporary and antiquity masterpieces.
